Carabao Island Romblon Philippines

Romblon is known as the ‘Marble Capital of the Philippines’ but there are things that are yet to be discovered in this beautiful island.
Situated in  San Jose, Romblon is Carabao Island

Carabao Island is  about three times the size of its sister island, Boracay and is located four kilometers to the north. This most beautiful beach in all of Romblon boosts of   mystical caves,  white-sand beaches and crystal clear seawater .

To cater the existing population of 12000 and the expected growth in tourism there are hospital, churches and eight schools on the island. There are colorful local markets and stores to supply all needs. During the last few years some small resorts and dive schools have been established, ours is the first development of its size and scope.  Carabao Island is the ideal location for our resort for years it has been called the next Boracay.

Study study shows also that Carabao is not on the path nor is it near a fault line, hence a tsunami is remote. Moreover, the waves will not reach the lowest area even during high tides and heavy storms as the lowest area is 5 meters above sea level. Flooding will definitely not be a problem also as the entire area is surrounded by trees and basalt soil which protects the resort against landslides. Boracay View Resort entrance is conveniently located on a cliff at the shoreline.
